My story
My passion for nutrition began when I struggled to understand my body’s metabolism. I tried all sorts of diets you can think of, but nothing helped me stop overeating. Over time, that constant urge to eat everything in front of me disappeared, thanks to my deep understanding of nutrition.
I have always been very active and full of energy – the type of person who is constantly on the go from the moment I get out of bed. However, when I reached my 40s, my energy levels started to drop day by day, even when I wasn’t doing much. I began tracking my bowel movements, recording what I ate, and even undergoing hormonal testing. I searched everywhere for answers about why I was feeling this way, until I finally realised I was going through perimenopause.
Over the past year, I’ve worked with women who felt stuck or overwhelmed by the changes their bodies were going through. I’ve seen firsthand how the right nutrition can transform energy levels, mood, and overall well-being.
